The Entrepreneurship Challenge was conducted on September 21, 2026 at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul with the participation of students from different classes. The programme aimed to encourage creativity, innovation, problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking among the students.

The programme began with the welcome and felicitation of the esteemed judges, Mr Rory Fernandes and Mr Vivek Charles D’Souza. This was followed by a speech by Fr Dr Barnabe D'Souza, who spoke about entrepreneurship, problem-solving and the importance of knowledge over marks. He encouraged the students to use their knowledge to contribute towards making the world a better place. He also wished all the participants and the teachers in charge the very best for the challenge.

The rules and guidelines of the challenge were then announced. The challenge commenced with the presentation by Team 1 - Solar Loop, comprising students of Class XI, who presented their idea of reusable solar panels. Team 2 - Pliant Motza, from Class XI Commerce A, presented their idea of refreshment sprays. This was followed by Team 3 - Saponia, by students of Class IX, who presented biodegradable surfactants.

The presentations continued with Team 4 - JTech Gloves, which presented sensor smart gloves, followed by Team 5 - Safety of Women, which proposed safety watches. Team 6 - Sanox Travels presented a travel application, while Team 7 - Speak Tank presented a sign-language translator application. The teams responded to questions put forward by the judges after their presentations.

Further presentations included Team 8 - The Coefficient Three, Team 9 - The Mind Shift, which presented a fidgeting device for anxiety, and Team 10 - Green Guard Sheets, which presented mosquito-repellent paper. Team 11 - Jhat Pat Seva, comprising students of Class XI, presented an application providing multiple services. Team 12 - The Resonance presented an acoustic-to-electric guitar converter, followed by Team 13 - Reworth, which presented an application promoting recycling.

The programme continued with the sharing of the professional journeys of Mr Rory Fernandes and Mr Vivek Charles D’Souza. Their experiences provided valuable insights into entrepreneurship and professional development.

The programme concluded with a speech by the Principal Ma'am, followed by the prize distribution ceremony. The Resonance was declared the Winner, while Pliant Motza secured the Second Position.

The Entrepreneurship Challenge provided the students with an opportunity to showcase their creativity and innovative ideas. The event concluded on a positive note, encouraging students to develop practical solutions to real-life problems.
