Career Fair 2026 was held on September 24, 2026, at Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul, providing students with a valuable platform to explore diverse academic fields, career pathways and professional opportunities. The programme commenced with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by the Rector’s Speech and the introduction of the school management and Chief Guest, Mr Clayton Lobo.

The fair brought together representatives from 28 universities, institutes and career-oriented organisations. Institutions such as Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Flame University, Pillai University, Galgotias University, Vijaybhoomi University, Vidyashilp University, Christ University – Lavasa Pune Campus and Universal AI University participated alongside specialised institutions including École Intuit Lab, Whistling Woods International, Pearl Academy, Masters’ Union, Arena Animation, Flying Career Aviation Academy, ITM Skills University, Imarticus School of Finance and Business, Riya Institute of Hospitality and Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Hotel & Tourism, among others. The participating institutions presented their career-related courses, fields of study and opportunities, enabling students to gain a broader understanding of possible career choices.

A key highlight was the interactive panel discussion featuring Mr Clayton Lobo, Ms Meena R. Prashant, Shri Harsh Sonar, Mr Shubham Rohatgi and Dr Ankita Bansal. Each panelist was asked questions about their career journey, professional experiences, field of work, challenges and achievements. They explained their individual career paths and responded to students’ questions, offering practical insights into different professions and the skills required to progress in them.

The Entrepreneurship Challenge added an engaging dimension to the event. The Resonance secured the first prize, while Pliant Motza won the second prize. The activity encouraged students to think creatively, work collaboratively and understand the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship.

The fair provided several learning outcomes for students. They gained awareness of different higher-education institutions and career options, learned from professionals with varied experiences, understood that career journeys can take different paths, and received practical guidance on skills, perseverance, decision-making and professional growth. The interaction also encouraged students to ask questions and think more purposefully about their future plans.

The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by the Principal, Mrs Kalyani Chaudhuri, followed by the School Anthem. The event formally concluded at 2 p.m., bringing an informative and enriching Career Fair to a meaningful close.
