A collaborative venture by Don Bosco Youth Services [DBYS] Matunga-Mumbai and the Archdiocesan Value Education Centre [AVEC] that coordinates Value Education in the schools affiliated to the Bombay Archdiocesan Board of Education [ABE] is circulating prayer-services, mass-animations and other animation resources for the Season of Creation, starting 01 September and ending 04 October 2020.

The theme for the Season of Creation 2020 is: Jubilee for the Earth. "One of the important elements of the Earth is Water. Water popularly represents life. It can be associated with birth, fertility and refreshment. In a Christian context, water has many correlations. Most of our sacraments use water for purification and life. Water has the power to purify, to provide deliverance, and it can also destroy evil and enemies as in the stories of the flood (Gen 6:17) and the flight of Israel from Egypt (Exodus 14:1-15:21); Christ walked on water and transmuted it into wine are acts that can be seen as a transcendence of the earthly condition," states Bishop Allwyn D’Silva [incharge of the Archdiocese of Bombay Justice and Peace Commission; Coordinator Prison Ministry and Secretary Federation of Asian Bishops' Conferences (FABC) Climate Change Desk and Human Development Office].
