The Don Bosco Avsar Chinchwad office was officially launched on 2nd May 2025 with the objective of bridging the gap between skilled youth and employment opportunities. The initiative aims to provide job placement services, internships, and career guidance by connecting trainees with industry leaders and potential employers.
In addition to existing partnerships, the institute is now focusing on expanding its outreach to companies in the Information Technology (IT) and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors, which are expected to generate significant employment in the coming years.
To further enhance student employability, Don Bosco has scheduled a series of pre-placement training sessions, mock interviews, and soft skill development workshops. These sessions are designed to prepare students for recruitment processes and to help them adapt to workplace expectations.
A Job Fair is also planned for August 2025, targeting not only Don Bosco students but also youth from across Pune and surrounding areas. The fair aims to provide a larger platform for employment and industry engagement.
