GreenLine’s Green Schools Campaign (GSC) organized a Teachers' Orientation Programme on 25 June 2022 at Don Bosco, Matunga. Around 50 teachers from 40 schools across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and Lonavla participated in this event. The theme for this year's Campaign is ‘Natural Re-sort’.

Fr Leon Cruz Ratinam, the director of GreenLine, addressed the teachers and briefed them on the topic of climate change and the impacts it has shown around different parts of the globe. Ms Monalisa Mukherjee, the guest speaker for the event, gave an enlightening and inspiring talk on ‘Sustainable Development Goals and Education’, telling the teachers how they could play a major role as educators in shaping the future of the planet.

Following her talk, the year plan for the Green Schools Campaign was discussed. The teachers were explained about the various sessions, workshops and outdoor events planned for them throughout the year and the prizes that they can win at the end of the year. The session concluded with a vote of thanks for the director, guest speakers and all the participants.
