An online meeting of confirmation candidates belonging to the Parishes of the Salesian Province of Bombay [INB], was held on 02 February 2022.

The objectives of this meeting were:

1. To celebrate the World Day for Consecrated Life

2. To make young people know about the religious life

3. Vocation promotion

Students and the confirmation teachers from the following parishes took part in the online meeting.

Ahmednagar: Savedi Don Bosco

Ahmednagar: St Anne’s Church

Alirajpur Don Bosco

Baroda: Makarpura Don Bosco

Bombay: Borivli Don Bosco

Bombay: Wadala East

Bombay: Wadala West

Nashik: Don Bosco

Pune: Yerwada Don Bosco

Virar: Resurrection Church

Virar: Jyoti Mata Church

Father Leon Cruz Ratinam, Father Sunil Pinto, Father Joyston Machado, Father Bosco Carvalho, Brother Aleister D'Souza, Brother Bryce Fernandes, Sister Nilima (FMA), and Sister Quincyann (FMA) were the resource persons for the meeting. They shared about religious consecrated life on the theme FRIENDS. (F - Family and religious life, R - Risk and challenges in Religious life, I - Religious as influencers, E - Expertise in Religious life, N - Networking in Religious life, D - Discipline in religious life, S - Service and religious life)

After the sharing, a panel discussion was held to interact with the resource persons. Father Ratinam, who assisted at the panel discussion encouraged students to engage in a question-answer conversation with priests, nuns, and brothers.

The meeting ended with a short prayer, thanksgiving, and an evaluation by the resource persons.
