These leaders hold various aspects of the institution like Culture, Sports, Education and Health. They were democratically elected by the student members of Shelter Don Bosco, Wadala. The election process began with the candidates submitting their nomination form to Fr Rudolf D’Souza, the Prefect of Studies. Later, candidates selected their symbols and began campaigning for two days. The elections were held separately for juniors and seniors. The voting was conducted via Google Forms, and the results were displayed directly on a bar graph after the election of each post. The elected ministers were invited to select a secretary from among themselves by a straw vote. The same ministers would also be team leaders of their respective teams.
Finally the team leaders (ministers) were invested by Fr Silvera, Fr Miranda and Fr Murzello on the occasion of the feast day of St Dominic Savio. The ministers took an oath to carry out their duties sincerely and diligently throughout their term in office.
