BIS #6697 Forming Leaders at DB Narukot
On 7 July 2022, Don Bosco Piloo Mody High School, Narukot, organized a one-day seminar on effective leadership for the newly appointed leaders of the school. The goal of the seminar was to motivate the newly elected leaders and make them aware of the importance of being effective leaders. There were a total 18 leaders who participated in the seminar.
The seminar began with a short prayer service followed by a welcoming speech by the supervisor of the school, Mrs Saroj Parmar. Fr Ashwin Macwan, the director of the AmrutDhara Don Bosco, animated the seminar highlighting key points on leadership. He explained that leaders are those who accompany others on the journey of life, and seek guidance from their elders. Fr Macwan concluded the seminar by saying: “You are the leaders of tomorrow”.
Most of the participants expressed that the seminar was special and an eye-opening experience for them.
