The Catholic Church all over the world celebrated the solemnity of St. Joseph, on 19 March. The Holy Father Pope Francis dedicated the year (8th December, 2020 - 8th December, 2021) to St. Joseph, which coincides with the 150th anniversary of the proclamation of St. Joseph as the Patron of the Universal Church.

St. Joseph’s High School, Wadala had a 10-day long celebration, to pay homage to their patron saint. In preparation for the feast, the school conducted the novena highlighting the virtues of St. Joseph through the Holy Eucharist and an online presentation. Other activities like colouring competition for KG, Class I and II; collage activity for Class III and IV; quiz for Classes VI-IX were conducted.

The Feast Day Mass was presided over by Father Savio Silveira, MumbaiSalesians' Provincial. In his homily he accentuated the humble, hopeful and helpful nature of St. Joseph. The team of teachers with their planning, dedication and hard work made the feast of St. Joseph, memorable.
