On 31 July 2022, the youth of Sacred Heart Parish, Yerwada, celebrated Parents' Day.

The program began with a prayer dance performed by the altar server girls followed by the inauguration of the Youth Year 2022-23 by Br Joswin D’Souza, the youth animator. Fr Evangelo D’Souza, the youth director, addressed the parents to encourage their children to be of service to society and thanked them for their active participation in the parish. He also thanked the youth for their dedication in the activities of the parish.

The youth expressed their love and gratitude to their parents through the song ' You raise me up'. Fr D’Souza distributed a small token of love to all the parents present for the program. The youth president, Mr Pankaj Dushing, proposed the vote of thanks. After this short program, Br D’Souza animated games for the parents.

Kudos to the youth group of Sacred Heart Parish for making the event a memorable one for the parents.
