The Sacerdotal Ordination of Deacon Vinay Ganawa SDB took place on Dec 30, 2024 at 9:30 am in Sacred Heart Church, Panchkui, Madhya Pradesh. There were priests, religious, and lay people from various Dioceses of Madhya Pradesh and Salesians from the GuRaM (Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh) region along with the Vice Provincial and Economer who were present for this auspicious occasion.

 Bishop Peter Kharadi was the ordaining Bishop present for the Holy Eucharist along with Bishop Devprasad Ganawa who celebrated the Holy Mass beautifully and gave a meaningful message on remaining faithful to God even in times of difficulty as an inspiration for Deacon Vinay.

The whole occassion had a blend of traditional symbolic acts and cultural practices that added colour and beauty to the celebration. After his ordination, Fr. Vinay Ganawa thanked everyone and also remembered his mother who passed away when he was in the Seminary. The celebration ended with felicitation and an agape meal for all those who participated in the Holy Mass.
