Nashik, July 2025: The inauguration of the Marian Month 2025 was held at Divyadaan, Nashik, in the VV Hall at 7:30 p.m. The programme was conducted by the Marian Group and was centred on this year’s theme: “Walk with Mary, Mother of Hope.”

The celebration began with an introduction to the theme followed by the emcees inviting the assembly to join in singing a hymn to Our Lady, invoking her presence and maternal intercession throughout the event.

This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Fr Ivo Coelho, along with the captains representing each batch, lit the lamp. A Gospel passage related to the Blessed Virgin Mary was then proclaimed, inviting the community to deepen their devotion through the Word of God.

A short video presentation was screened, reflecting on the Visitation of Mary. One of the brothers then offered a deeper explanation of the theme, helping those present to reflect more personally on the meaning of the theme. Following this, Fr Ivo Coelho was invited to deliver a short message and officially declare the Marian Month open.

The Marian calendar was distributed to all groups, with the first copy handed to the group leaders (capos). This was followed by the Marian Oath, in which the entire assembly pledged to grow in trust and confidence in the intercession of Our Lady.

To conclude the ceremony, the community sang the Marian Anthem. The inauguration ended at approximately 8:00 p.m., and the Community Plan was also officially released during the closing moments.
