Dominic Savio Kindergarten, Nerul conducted a Co-Curricular Activity (CCA) on the theme “Patriotism” on Thursday, August 20, 2026, during school hours in the respective classrooms. The activity aimed to nurture patriotism, confidence, communication skills, expression, and stage presence among our young learners. Children participated in Poetry Recitation in English, Hindi, or Marathi, presenting their poems with actions, voice modulation, and expressions.

The classrooms came alive with sweet voices, bright smiles, and a beautiful feeling of love for our country. Each child came forward with enthusiasm and courage, making the activity a memorable experience. The innocent expressions of the Nursery children, the growing confidence of the Junior KG children, and the expressive performances of the Senior KG children made the event truly heartwarming.

 The event was graced by the presence of our Supervisor Mrs. Mahek Khan, whose support, encouragement and guidance greatly enriched the learning experience.

 The activity helped children overcome stage fear while improving their memory, pronunciation, vocabulary, expression, and public speaking skills. More importantly, it gave them a joyful opportunity to express their love and pride for India and understand the values of unity and patriotism.

 The CCA concluded on a warm and positive note, with teachers appreciating the sincere efforts of every child. Every little voice echoed a big feeling of love for our nation, making the activity a meaningful and memorable learning experience.
