The Provincial Visitation of Fr Ashley Miranda commenced on the morning of January 17, 2026 with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist along with the Salesian community. Following the Holy Mass, a special school programme was organized in his honour. He emphasized that every child is unique and a precious creation of God, entrusted to educators and parents to be guided with love, care, and responsibility.
The visitation continued with an inaugural conference for the Salesian community, during which the Provincial shared his insights, guidance, and words of encouragement, strengthening the community’s sense of mission. This was followed by a conference for the school teachers, where he motivated them to remain dedicated educators inspired by Don Bosco’s Preventive System and to accompany young people with patience and compassion.
The next day, January 18, 2026, began with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at Satpur, followed by meetings and interactions with various groups and an address to the parish community.
