Karjat, August 1: Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul organised a two-day residential leadership camp, LEADERSHIP.AI 2026, at Don Bosco Karjat from July 31 to August 1, 2026. The camp brought together 46 student leaders, five teachers, and two Salesians with the aim of developing leadership, teamwork, self-awareness, and a spirit of service.

The camp began with an inaugural session led by the Principal, who encouraged the students to embrace leadership rooted in values, responsibility, and service. Orientation, ice-breaking activities, and counselling sessions helped participants understand their roles and build stronger relationships with one another.

Students actively participated in team-building activities such as Lagori, Shuttle Run, and Save the Flag, which promoted communication, coordination, strategic thinking, and collaboration. An awareness session on Bullying highlighted the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment.

Interactive sessions on the Vision, Mission, and Motto of Don Bosco encouraged students to reflect on the institution's core values and their responsibilities as student leaders. The second day began with Yoga and Meditation, followed by a workshop on the Six Thinking Hats conducted by Fr. Joyston, introducing students to structured thinking and effective decision-making. The interactive Zombie Game further strengthened participants' adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

A key feature of the camp was the one-to-one counselling sessions with teachers and Salesians, providing students with personal guidance and encouragement in their leadership journey.

The camp concluded with a reflection and feedback session, during which students shared their experiences and key takeaways. LEADERSHIP.AI 2026 reaffirmed Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Nerul's commitment to forming young leaders who lead with integrity, empathy, competence, and a spirit of service.
