Don Bosco Senior Secondary School, Seawoods, opened new horizons for its students with its grand Career Fair—“Path Finder”, held on November 8, 2025. The event aimed to guide students toward informed career choices by connecting them with industry experts, educational institutions, and professional mentors.
The program began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Dr Wilson, Principal of Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Hotel and Tourism Management Studies, along with Principal Mrs Kalyani Choudary and the school management. The opening act featured an engaging stage performance by Class XI Science students, creatively showcasing career possibilities in Forensic Science.
A major highlight of the day was the panel discussion on “Beyond Degrees: Building a Career through Skill and Passion.” The distinguished panel included:
Ms Shagun Gaur, veteran finance educator with experience at IIT Bombay, IIM Indore, NMIMS, and TISS.
Ms Amala George, General Counsel at Legality, a leading legal tech startup.
Mr Shreyaan Daga, CEO of OLL, a young entrepreneur and the only Indian featured on both Shark Tank India and Kaun Banega Crorepati.
The discussion, moderated by Tr Rinki Bal, offered valuable insights on how education, innovation, and personal drive shape successful careers.
Following the discussion, students explored an array of university and career exhibits featuring institutions such as GITAM-Liberal Education, Vijaybhoomi University, IISM, ITM Institute of Design and Media, FLAME University, EVADI Career Counselling Services, MAAC, Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Hotel and Tourism Management Studies, Training Ship Rahaman, SILICA, JAMBOREE, Riya Institute, Amity University, and MET.
The fair also featured interactive skill workshops, where students gained first-hand experience in emerging fields. Topics included:

Students expressed enthusiasm and appreciation for the event. “I was amazed by the variety of career options available,” said a Class XII student. Another added, “This fair has truly helped me feel confident about my future career path.”
The “Path Finder” Career Fair successfully blended inspiration with information, empowering students to explore their interests and plan their futures with confidence.
