Don Bosco School and Junior College, Nashik, celebrated the festival of Christmas with great joy, enthusiasm, and a spirit of love on December 23, 2025. The entire campus was beautifully adorned with Christmas trees, stars, and colourful festive decorations, creating a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere for students, teachers, and staff.

The celebration commenced with a solemn prayer service, emphasizing the true essence of Christmas—peace, love, sharing, and kindness. The occasion was graced by Fr Royal, the Rector; Fr Rixson, the Principal; and the esteemed members of the management. Students presented melodious Christmas carols, spreading devotion and festive cheer across the campus. A meaningful skit portraying the birth of Jesus Christ was enacted by the students, highlighting the values of humility, compassion, and goodwill towards all.

Adding to the joy of the celebration, a lively dance performance by students enthralled the audience. A thought-provoking video presentation was shown, conveying the powerful message of helping the unfortunate and reminding everyone that good deeds always return to us in one form or another. The appearance of Santa Claus brought immense happiness, especially among the younger students, filling the surroundings with laughter and excitement.

Addressing the gathering, Fr Royal, the Rector, inspired the students by speaking about the importance of love, generosity, and caring for those in need. He encouraged students to practise these values not only during Christmas but throughout their lives. Fr Rixson, the Principal, later proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, teachers, students, and all those who contributed to the successful celebration.

The festivities concluded with a mini fun fair, where teachers organized various games for the students. The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities, snacks, and moments of togetherness, making the celebration lively and memorable.

The Christmas celebration at Don Bosco School and Junior College, Nashik, was truly a heart-warming experience that reinforced the message that Christmas is not just a festival, but a way of life that teaches love, forgiveness, sharing, and generosity.
