On Saturday, August 23, 2025, the students of Standard 3 at St Dominic Savio High School presented a vibrant and engaging Class Exhibition on the theme “Builders of a Better Tomorrow.” The programme combined creativity, performance, and meaningful reflection, making it a memorable event for students, parents, and guests alike.
The morning began with a solemn invocation, which set an inspiring tone for the exhibition. This was followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony, performed by the Chief Guest, Fr Franco Pereira, in the presence of dignitaries, class teachers, and the two Head Parents. The ceremony symbolized the official commencement of the exhibition and was met with enthusiastic applause.
The compere extended a warm welcome, highlighting the significance of the theme and preparing the audience for the wide range of presentations to follow. The students showcased their talent through pre-recorded skits, lively dance performances, and carefully prepared project exhibits. Each segment reflected the children’s creativity and their vision of contributing to a brighter future.
One of the most engaging moments was the poetic dialogue paired with an energetic dance, which demonstrated not only talent but also teamwork and confidence. The audience was also treated to a special BTS (Behind the Scenes) video compilation, presented by the Head Parents. This feature captured the entire journey of the students—from their initial preparations to the final polished performance—and was received with great appreciation.
In his address to the gathering, Fr Pereira congratulated the students on their efforts and emphasized the importance of nurturing young minds as true “builders of a better tomorrow.” He also introduced a unique spray activity as part of the inauguration, adding a creative and memorable touch to the proceedings.
After the formal programme, the dignitaries and parents visited the exhibition area. They interacted with students at their stalls, asked questions, and admired the hard work, originality, and enthusiasm on display. The young learners confidently explained their projects, reflecting both knowledge and imagination.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the two class teachers, who expressed gratitude to everyone who had contributed to the event.
The “Builders of a Better Tomorrow” exhibition was more than a presentation of work—it was an enriching experience that highlighted creativity, teamwork, and vision, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
