The BRIDGE initiative—BOSCH’s Response to India’s Development and Growth through Employability Enhancement—delivers a rigorous two-month skills programme, spearheaded by BOSCH India alongside the Rotary Club of Jawaharnagar, Vadodara, Muni Seva Ashram in Goraj, and DISHA Don Bosco, Kawant. Tailored for rural and tribal youngsters, it fuses technical expertise with character development to foster lasting job prospects.
Core modules cover Spoken English, Computer Proficiency, and Employability Essentials, alongside targeted workshops on professional conduct, interaction, collaboration, and resilience under pressure. This rounded methodology ensures learners acquire not just vocational know-how, but also the interpersonal strengths and poise essential for navigating demanding settings.
Proceedings opened with a prayer, seeking blessings for the outgoing graduates and incoming group. The resonant reading of India’s Constitution Preamble reaffirmed commitments to justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity—the bedrock of equitable progress.
